Daily Activity English Vers.

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarokatu. Today is the final day for group 3. Today group 3 is Me, Fausia, Wanda, Mifta, Intan, Sally, Ira, Edo, Syam, and Asmil. Today we get the Ala 'carte menu 2. When distributing menus, I am given the responsibility for making soup. Today I made Potato Chowder and Pho bo. And I check what ingredients are lacking for soup.

Because today we were told to be ready 30 pax. And I have prepared as much as needed. Today the food must be ready at 11:00, there are some of my friends who want to help handle the soup, Nata and Lina. I myself took the time to learn and read the terminology of Potato Chowder and Pho Bo. And also looking for attractive plating sources for soup.

By the time it was 11.00 and the soup I made was ready in the soup cup for presenting and ingredients to explain in front of Mr. Ical later. Soon the restaurant was opened, my friend Nata and I went to get cup soup at the aboyer. While waiting for the order to come, I cleaned the tools that I had used and washed them and then put them back into place.

          Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. Today is the last day we go into the kitchen. So today we came as usual, before 07.30. Because today Mr. Ical is very busy outside campus, so we are doing this heart without being noticed by Mr. Ical. When I was pastry, I had to remake the cream brulle again, because the cream brulle yesterday had been destroyed. So me, Miftah, and Fausia made a brulle crram because today there are guests so we make a lot of brulle cream.

          When our cream brulle was in the oven, I also helped my friend Yuni to make Katiri Mandi, because today Katiri had a lot of orders. So I helped make rounding up the dough. After all the toiletries were finished, I also helped Fausia to make a video. Because there were many children in the pastry, so I left Fausia and went to Main Kitchen to help Nata make a video assignment. After I helped Nata.

          I went back to the pastry to start cream brulle plating. When there was an order for dessert, we immediately started platinh after that drove him to the aboyer. After all the dessert was sold out, we immediately began to carry out general cleaning in the pastry and bakery. When we were while the general cleaning suddenly we were told by Oneine. When oneline, suddenly a fight broke out and made Pak Jaya angry. Finally we were told to go home by force.

         Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. Today after a day off, I go to campus before 8:00. But today I came 08.04 because I had time to refuel first. Today I, Nata, and Lina get an incharge turn. When I arrived, all semester 1 had been oneline in a cold kitchen. Then, today's material is croissants. So we called Sis Antonius to show to the first semester how to make good and correct croissants.

          Me, Nata, and Lina just stood in the corner while watching the way Sis Antonius made good and cool croissants. After kak Antonius explained how to mix it until he wanted to proof it for the first time, Sis Antonius told us to share their groups and told them to start doingm Finally we divided them into groups.

          When all the croissants are in the third proofing stage, we as supervisor must turn on the oven to prepare the baking process. After the oven has been lit and the first semester has finished praying, I also have representatives from each group to bring their croissants into the oven. Then after all of their croissants were finished, I began to wrap them so they could take home the results of their hard work. After that we started general cleaning in cold kitchen, toilet and yard. After everything was finished, we also called Pak Ical or Pak Jaya to give input today. After that we went home to each other.

          Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. Today is the same as the previous days, I came to the kitchen before 8:00. Arriving in my kitchen, I went straight to the locker to store my bag and jacket. After that we are oneline. When oneline we re-created a group to make food, but today's group is rather chaotic because the average person wants everything in the pastry.

          When the senior brother started dividing us back, I was put in the main course group. Then when we started doing, there were some of my friends who arrived late and he went straight into the maim course group. Because I feel that the main course group has a lot, finally I decided to help the appetizer.

          Because Nia was in the appetizer, she also called me to help her, but because my friend who was late went straight into the appetizer group, finally I slowly stepped away from the group of appetizers and finally, without realizing it, I was no longer needed.

          Finally I decided to pastry and Alhamdulillah the pastry child was in need of help. So I helped Fausia and Miftah to make cream brulle. When I temporarily bake cream brulle, I took the time to make a video assignment.

          Because many children make videos, finally the pastry becomes very noisy. After all the preparations in the pastry were all finished and there were no more children making the video we immediately carried out general cleaning. After the general cleaning we also eat the food of the nation's children. Then after eating we washed each other's dishes. Soon we were back oneline. After oneline we returned to our homes.

          Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. Today is our last day in the week of practice. So when I arrived in my kitchen, I went straight to the locker to store the jacket bag and then the shelf then we were lined up. Because yesterday I was not present, so I didn't know about the assignment.

          Because yesterday I was absent, I immediately saw Azizah's rice pudding. And thank God, the rice pudding is beautiful. Because the rice pudding was ready, I also helped my friend Milna to make Inji Porridge. I also helped him to stir up the pulp until thick. After that while waiting for the restaurant to open, I also helped Azizah to make an LSP video. Soon the restaurant opened.

          When there are people ordering dessert, the direct pastry child is very busy for plating. Then after kai plating took him to the aboyer. Soon the restaurant was closed. When the restaurant was closed, we immediately saved the leftovers for our friends to eat. When we have finished eating, we also carry out general cleaning. After our general cleaning, we took a short break. Then not long after we were lined up then went home to each other.

And then we lined up. When we lined up told us togather with group. Today myvpartner is Azizah and my group in pastry.

         After the group division, Mr. Ical entered to give us some material before doing. After Mr. Ical finished, we immediately began to prepared. Azizah and I immediately made the rice pudding because the rice pudding had to be stored in a chiller overnight to make it better.

          After we finished making rice pudding, we immediately stored it in the chiller. Then I helped my friend who was washing red rice to make porridge. After everything was finished, we went out to eat. After eating, me and some of my pastry friends started to carry out general cleaning. Then soon after we were oneline. After oneline we went home to each other.

          When we lined up, seniors told us for made grup. And today seniors told me for entered in grup main course, and today I and Nia handle Potato Mashed, and Potato Chowder. So today Nia and I prepared for that.

          After we prepared, we ate in the kitchen. After we ate, we do general cleaning. After general cleaning, we pray Azhar. After pray we lined and then back to the home.

          Today is almost the same as yesterdy, today I came before 08.00 o' clock. When I arrived at the campus, I went to the my locker for took my Apron, napkin, and my toolbag. After that we lined up to be absent.

          After absent, Mr. Ical gave us some material. And the supervisor too gave us some material and asked about yesterday's preparation. After that we cooked in each section. And I just have too blanch the vegetable like carrot, bean, and peas.

         Shortly after 11.00, Mr. Ical told us to presenting. Because my presenting is so bad, soo Mr. Ical told with supervisor for helped me. After that, the restaurant was opened. when the restaurant is closed we general cleaning and then break. After break we back to the home.

          Assalamualaikum readers, Today us usually I went to the campus. When I arrived in the campus, we have to wait the superviser. At 08.30 am Mr. Ical told us for lined up now. Today is our first day for an a la carte menu.

          When we were lined up, Mr. Ical explained to us what was the Ala' Carte menu and what to look at in the Ala' Carte menu. After Mr. Ical finished explaining the Ala' Carte menu, Mr. Ical began to divide us into 4 groups. I was put into group one where we were given a cold kitchen section.

          When preparing for me and my group, i was very confused, because we had to prepare Appetizer and all the menus that needed Sauce, vegetable, and Fruit. After we finished preparing, we took a short break. After break, we started general cleaning. After general cleaning we back to the home.

          Today is date September 25 2018, we mid semester. Because we were divided into 4 groups and I was in group 3. Today, our exam is making Indonesian buffets. I, Pregnant, and Fausia get a part to make soup.

          Soup for Indonesian Buffet is Soto Padang and Soto Banjar. Because we have prepared the ingredients yesterday, so today we only smooth the spices using a blender then saute the spice. Then, we started making Potato Patties.

          After Potato Patties was finished, we made boiled eggs, soaked rice noodles, and made lombok. After all is done, we also start serving it in a soup cup. After that we also carry out general cleaning.

My Daily Activity English Vers.

Today is the third day I studied at the Gammara hotel. Maybe the same as usual, first we have to went to the security post to fill in the absence after that we also go to the cold kitchen to start work. Today, Fausia and I don't worked too much. But there was one of the training children there who taught us how to make smoothies. After that we also keep the food outside.

At 10:00 we were closed to breakfast. After that, we began cleaning the cold kitchen and freezer. After that, I began to draw ice cubes to mix in fruit ice. When I will start to draw ice cubes, Miftah comes to help. After we finished drawstring, I began to mix it in fruit ice. After that we rested.

After a break, I returned to the cold kitchen. When we were cold kitchen, we started talking a little with the seniors there while cutting fruit for tomorrow. After we finished cutting the fruit, we were allowed to go home. So, we immediately said goodbye and then filled the absence at the security post. After that, we went home still.

Today is the second day I studied at Gammara hotel. Before we entered the kitchen, we had to went to the security post first to fill in the absence. After we filled in the absence, we went to the kitchen on the second floor. Upon arrival in the kitchen, I went straight to the cold kitchen to start work. First, I immediately cut melon and watermelon. After that, I also helped my friend to fill a Croissant Sandwich. After filling the croissant sandwich, I also kept the food outside.

At 10:00, we are closed breakfast. I started taking all the breakfast provided by the cold kitchen. Like cereals, salads and fruits. After we put everything into the cold kitchen. I immediately started returning fruits to the place, sauce, and cereal. Because fresh milk for cereal doesn't run out, so we can drank it a little. After that, we began cleaning the cold kitchen. After cleaning, I rested.

After the break, we returned to the respective sections. Not much I work for, I only help my seniors there to prepare breakfast for tomorrow. After that, I also helped my friend prepared who was playing the kitchen. After that, we also asked permission to go home. After asking for permission, we returned to the security guard to fill in the absence. After that we went home each.

Today is the day in which group three is to practice at the Gammara hotel. So, today Fausia, Miftah, Wanda, Intan, Sally, Asmil, Edo, Syam, and I are practicing at the Gammara hotel for a week. Today, we were told to went to Gammara 07:30. When we all arrived at the parking lot, we also filled in the absence of the security guard. Then the security guard told us to wait in the training waiting room. We waited there for about half an hour. Then soon, there was a kitchen person who called us to meet with kak Sofyan. After we met with Kak Sofyan, we started the section division. And I also got a section in the cold kitchen with Fausia.

After the division section, we were invited by kak Sofyan to tour around the kitchen and several other places such as Auditorium, Gym, swimming pool, etc. After we toured, we immediately went into their respective sections. When I entered the cold kitchen, one of the training children told us to take a small book and pen so we could record some food recipes. After we took the small book and pen, we began to record what the training child made. After that, because today there was no event we just stood up until we were all twins. :)

Because many of us are just standing, finally the chef decided to clean everything that has in a kitchen. After cleaning, we stood up again. Because we only stood up, finally wanda and i decided to go around. After traveling around, I also helped Asmil and Fausia to cut the soup leaves and spring onions. Then, we helped the brother there to get ready to sell near the pool. When all the materials and equipment are ready, we also asked permission to go home because it's already 3 o'clock. After we have obtained permission from Sis Sofyan, we go home.

          Today is exactly my turn to be a class leaders,  so I came earlier than before. I arrived today at 06.40 am because today was my first day to be a kitchen leaders. So I was waiting for my friend who’s more experienced than me. After 10 mins of waiting, Sally’s finally came and told me if I had to take the kitchen’s key and chiller at security. So, I went to the security. After that, I opened kitchen’s door, windows, and chiller.

          After done those things, I filled some of letters that have been stuck on walls. Afterwards, I did oneline outside the kitchen. While oneline, some of seniors began to divide the menu today. My group got to do a pho bo and tom yan goong. After oneline, we were cooking together. I took some of ingredients to make pho bo. After pho bo already done, I started to help my friend for making tom yam goong. And me and Miftah were explained at the office room.

          After me and Miftah were explained. We had to wash all of the stuffs that we use. Today were me, Fatta, and Mifta who did steward. We started to eat and went back to steward. Because today I’m the class leaders, I had to wash every trash on the kitchen’s area. After I went back from steward, I took a rest for a while and waited for everyone who had done gc. After gc, I still had to take a look every place to make sure it’s clean and check the temperature on chiller and freezer. After did that, we were doing oneline, and went back to our home.
