Hello guys! Back again in my blog, and today as always I will share my activity in the kitchen. Today we moved to the next topic of Tartlet. For friends who have not yet know what is tartlet? I will explain a little about the starlet from what I read Tartlet is a tart made of sugar dough but the difference between tartlet and Tart is that Tartlet is a mini version of Tart.
The steps are not that difficult but Mr. Ical wants a perfect tartlet of shapes, colors, etc. So, we started making tartlets using recipes that we knew. Baked and it turned out that it was not perfect so we tried again. And still not perfect. Tartlet is not as simple as we thought.
And since we run out of time, then we'll continue the Tartlet next week. After that, we started general cleaning.
