Today, I came late to the kitchen because rain. When I arrived in Kitchen, I went to the locer for saved my bag and my jacket. After that, I went to the cold kitchen for cooked. But, Mr. Jaya came in the cold kitchen for Absenct. After absent, Mr. Jaya told us for cooked. Menu for today is Italian Food.
First, I cooked Chiken Liver with My friend Aulia. When I steaming Chicken liver, I went to the pastry for helped my friend Ardy. Because, Ardy finished to make the dough, so Ardy just told me for make egg wash. When I finished to make egg wash, I immediately smeared into the bread, after that I bake.
While waiting for the bread, I helped my friend Syam for cleaning clam. When I cleaning clam, all my friend can't cleaning the tools they use. So, after I cleaning clam, I cleaning all the tools. After that, we open restorant. When Open resto, my friend and I very busy for plating the food. And when Close resto we general cleaning, after general cleaning we break, and than back to the home.
