Today, I am very hurried to go to campus, because my friend said that today we got at 07.30 am. So, I have to race my motorcycle, in order to arrive quickly. I arrived at 07.45 am and people haven't lined up yet. At 08.00 am, the senior told us to oneline in fron of kitchen to be absent and checking tools. After that, we were back to make oneline in cold kitchen. When oneline, the seniors asked us about prepare yesterday. After that, the first group worked their own job and the second group did the reseacrh.
I started to take every prepare that I did yesterday. Then, I sturted cutting dice the cream cheese. After I cut the cream cheese, I put it in refrigerator so as not to melt. After that, I helped my friend to cut the celery. Then, I help my friend to mix pineapple, chicken, onion, and celery in one place. After that, I put it in refrigerator. Finally, my group just waiting for the plates to come. So, we can plating. When the plates came, we started to plating and I was busy to take care of the bread.
While I bake the bread, suddenly gas in the kitchen runs out, and makes us waiting for a minute. But the appetizer had to go out to restaurant, we forced to lift it and put it on the plate. Then, when the restaurant has closed, there are first group started to break and the second group started to prepare. After the second group finished prepare, we were break for 40 minutes. After that, we lined up again in the cold kitchen for division of general cleaning tasks. After division tasks, we started it. After that, we go home.
