       Today, I came as usually is almost too late. Because today I am very lazy to went campus. When I arrived at campus, we immediately lined up because seniors want to absent us. When we lined up, seniors gave instruct for my group to made again Bika Ambon. Because yesterday, my group made 2 pan Bika Ambon, but Mr. Ical just recive one.

       Now, my group can't lined up in cold kitchen, because my group have to made Bika Ambon. So, Seniors gave instruct for my group to went pastry. When my group stay in pastry, Sally and me prepared ingredients Bika Ambon. Me prepared salt, yeast, egg, and food colour.Sally prepared Flour and Tapioca flour. Fadil with Gabriel prepared coconut water and coconut milk. After we finished to prepared the ingredients, we Mix.

       After we mix , we proofing the dough for two hours. While waiting the dough, I helped my friend to made red beans soup. After two hours, my group immediately to bake the Bika Ambon. After bake, we plating in plate and than serve. After that, we break for an hour. After break, we lined up again in cold kitchen for General cleaning. After General cleaning we back to the home.
