Daily Activity English Vers.

          Today, I went to campus with Fausia. Today I came quickly because I wanted to pick up Kurnia at her house. After we picked up Kurnia, we went straight to campus. Arriving on campus, we were directly did oneline for absence and inspection of equipment. After that we stored the bag in locker and did oneline again to discuss menu today. When we were oneline, each group progresses one by one to explain how to make food that has been distributed.

         After that, Mr. Ical came to teach some foods that we just heard his name and we have never seen before such as spaetzle. After Mr. Ical explained, we immediately did. Today my group still assigned to make soup. Soup for today were Shrimp Bisque and Puree of pumpkin soup. So, we also took all the material that have prepared yesterday.

        After taking our preparation, we heated up the three stocks (Chicken stock, Shrimp stock, fish stock) that we have made yesterday. After the stock boiled, we  also lower all the vegetables. After that we started making roux to make veloute sauce so that the stock could be thick. When all the food was ready, we also started serving it and then give it to MTH children. Then, not long after that we also went oneline. After oneline we went home.
