Daily Activity English Vers.

          Today, as usual I came to campus at 07.41, when I arrived on campus I went straight to the locker to store bags and jackets, after that we were also oneline outside the kitchen. After being absent, we returned to oneline to discuss about food that we will prepare. Today, our menu was Indonesian Buffet and we were divided into several groups. Today my group got a part to prepare the ingredients for soto padang and soto banjar.

        After shared the menu, Chef Dino entered to explain and teach us how to cook that food that is good and right. After that, we started cooking. Today me, Fausia, and Yandi took care of preparing for Soto Padang while Mifta, Lina, and Wahyu took care of preparing Soto Banjar. Today we only prepared the ingredients. Then, when we reread the recipe, it turned out that our group had to make Potato Paties. So, when all the spices were finished, we started making Potato Paties dough.

        When we were reading the recipe, we were very confused with how to make Potato Paties, so we asked Chef Dino. After that, we started peeling potatoes, then cut them carelessly. After we cut it, we fried it. After the potatoes have started to soften, we look for the mixing dough to smooth the potatoes. But, because the mixing dough was used by semester 5 we finally pound it manually, then we added salt, egg, leek and celery. After that we took the hand glove then started to mix the potatoes using our hands. After that, we began to shape it. After that we stored it in the chiller.

        After we stored the Potato Patties (Perkedel) in the chiller, we immediately started the general cleaning then soon we were on line then went home.
