Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb. back again on my blog, as usual I will tell my activities in the kitchen. For today, I will tell you about the activity on Tuesday, where group 1, my group, will prepare for fast food tomorrow, the food from various countries. We started preparing around 09.00 that even group 1 did not prepare because our menu only had 3 types of food.
After the preparation is complete, I go to group 3 to see them making croissants where my group will get their turn but the time is still unknown. After I helped a little in group 3 I cleaned the area that looked dirty to keep it clean.
While group 3 held their croissants, my group underwent a change of plans, where tomorrow fast food was not carried out but all meals that were originally for fast food bakanlan became a table d'hote menu for restaurants as many as 20 servings.
